Continuing Education Credits /Units CECs/CEUs:
GMP Fitness® Makes It Easy For You to Get Your

Renew your continuing education requirements and get valuable health, nutrition, and fitness education to expand your business.

GMP Fitness® is widely recognized and accepted as one of the foremost Continuing Education Course Providers by over 30 leading certification companies now and in the past. Approval is a sign that the program’s curriculum meets certain academic requirements and standards.

If you are uncertain if your certification organization approves a course, contact us before purchasing or you can follow the steps below.

CECs/CEUs Steps

To determine if a course can be applied toward your certification renewal go to the course page and look under the tab that says “CECs/CEUs.” The continuing education credit hours or CEC/CEU point value is different for each GMP Fitness® Course and each certification company.

I checked the course and I don’t see my certification organization on your list. Now what?

The course may be pending approval. You are welcome to contact GMP Fitness® at or call 888-467-3488.

We want the process of getting your continuing education credits (CECs/CEUs) to be easy for you and we help many individuals when a course is pending approval or is not currently approved.

We make the Certification renewal process convenient and simple to understand. If you are considering enrolling in a GMP Fitness® continuing education course that has not been formally approved by your certification company, but applies to your certification, you have several options.

Continuing Education Credits/Units Steps
Step 1

Some organizations that do not independently approve GMP Fitness® Courses, will accept any GMP Fitness® Course that is approved by a widely recognized certification company that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). For example, the ACSM would accept continuing education credits (CECCs) if another major fitness organization approves the GMP Fitness® Courses, for example, the ISSA, NASM, NSCA, AAFA, and other fitness and health certifying organizations), even if ACSM is not listed. Other certifying organizations are similar.
