I have learned that the knee is a very complex joint. I have had experience with arthritis, ACL reconstruction and meniscus tear along with physical therapy so I found these sections particularly informative and helpful. The book really stressed the negative effects of overuse and overtraining and the resulting injuries. I would stress the negative impact of overtraining and the importance of taking rest periods. I would stress the importance of stretching and strengthening. I would review the ways to reduce the risk of knee pain. This class was extremely informative. It was very well arranged and user friendly.
