Greater range of exercise methods to employ with groups. A concentration in balance and strength for aging groups.
The balance training applications for the more advanced athlete/trainee were delightfully new ideas. Also, the progression list of which balance training tools are more advanced than others is very helpful, and will be referred to often, This information will be referred to quite often.

I have new ideas to teach to my class and clients as well how to progress safely. I will apply the exercises to my fitness classes and PT clients. It was great.

I teach clients with Parkinson’s disease, so this course has given me a greater knowledge of different types of exercises for balance. I plan on incorporating many new balance exercises in my class Delay the Disease for Parkinson’s clients. I can apply by incorporating the exercises in my class and also the ability to explain to my clients exactly what impairs balance, and ways to improve balance. I gained information that balance is controlled by Vestibular, Vision and Proprioception from the Balance Progressions Specialist Course. Each can be improved by preforming specific exercises and correct training progression. Everyone can benefit from balance training! I teach a class titled, Body Maintenance and Repair for seniors.
