Great information. This course is well written. I have gained the knowledge to evaluate and incorporate an exercise program based on patients weaknesses and flaws in their golf swing and posture. I am an occupational therapy assistant and I will incorporate this in with my out patients to improve their golf game and over all health.The ability to recognize old injuries and prevent new ones from occurring through stretches and exercises and to increase the client’s performance in golf. Teach older patients how stretches and exercise the correct way can relieve pain prevent injury and enhance performance on the golf course. The ability to teach patients how to properly stretch before and after a round of golf to prevent injury and increase ability to play better golf.
