A step by step balance program that is easy to follow. I work with tennis player, golfers, and elderly population so I will continue to use balance programs and exercises as a key part of training for all my clients. I found the visuals used for each chapter extremely helpful. They made understanding each exercise crystal clear and I will refer back to them. I found the information on balance training extremely helpful. I enjoyed adding to my training knowledge with this course.
