I am able to provide my patients with a focused core program based on their skill level. I learned that I can always continue to learn and increase my knowledge even though I have been in practice for 17 years. I have more options to supply my patients with to help strengthen their core. . I am formulating protocols for beginner intermediate and advanced patients. I really enjoyed the anatomy portion of this lab. I will use the information I have learned to create exercise plans for my patients. I now have advanced strengthening exercises to add into my core strengthening protocols.
