It provides me with further insight to proper form with stretching. The importance of maintaining flexibility and provide quality movement combined with stretching. The client assessment sheets are of industry standards and become a useful tool for me to use to gauge the progress of my clients. Range of motion is necessary at any age however, as the body ages the range becomes less because the stretching becomes more uncomfortable for the aging client. Thus the decline in movement comes into play.
