This is a complete course for any trainer/coach to better assist any client/athlete to a more well rounded capacity of agility, balance and coordination. The material presented in this course is a great resource which can be used for any fitness level, various sports and populations.
I would highly recommend this course to those trainers/coaches looking to increase their clients/athletes development in foundational skills in agility, balance and coordination to their already existing training programs.
I have gained more useful knowledge of drills and skills to better equip my clients and athletes in their training programs.
I liked the tests, diagrams and explanations and having the files provided by GMP to have the option to take notes as I go, as well as for easier/more convenient reference. Also with the CD the material can be downloaded and printed vs not being to do that with an online course.
Using the knowledge and drills acquired in this course, my clients/athletes will benefit by increasing their agility, balance and coordination which in turn, will compliment their functional training programs or sports performance. Great course!

This is a good program for coaches, athletes and personal trainers looking for great exercises for their teams or clients or themselves to improve agility, balance and coordination. The sports specific exercises make it especially applicable to soccer, basketball and even racket sports coaches and athletes.

I have gained great exercise ideas to improve agility, balance and coordination. I work with a majority of older adults, and the balance exercises, especially with the progressions will be a great addition of exercises to help this clientele that are at a high risk of falling.
I am looking forward to adding these exercises to the routines for my older adult clients that are losing balance and mobility. We have balance pad, cones, and dyna disks. I will also be able to use tape on the floor to implement some of the exercises. The course gave me some great ideas and things to use with athletes to improve their specifics sport skills too.
This is the second course I have taken. The information is very practical and easy to implement into my clients routines. I can easily pull out from the PDFs Course Modules and reference different exercises with the progression to cater the routine specifically to the ability level of the person I’m working with.
I would recommend this course for anyone and you also you get CECs.

GMP Fitness provides very comprehensive and clear learning no matter what the course is. I have taken four of their courses and have yet to be disappointed. It is obvious that each course is well thought out, researched and planned before it is put together. The courses are easy to follow with logical progressions and plenty of content. I would recommend them to anyone. They are not entry level courses.
This course clearly outlines how to use agility drills, speed drills, coordination drills, balance drills, reaction time drills to work with athletes, non-athletes, and other populations. It provided me with a great deal of information that will be useful in helping clients who play various sports, particularly. Many of the balance drills can be helpful with building strength, even in older populations, particularly the split squat, lunge and walking lunge drills.
This information will come into play with the Parkinson’s exercise class I teach for one. The balance drills on unstable surfaces are so good for these folks (using proper safety precautions), because this kind of work really helps with new neurons in the brain, so important to them. My tennis players will enjoy many of the agility and coordination drills. Those are just a few ways that I shall employ this information.
GMP does a great job with their courses. Over the years I have taken The Golf Conditioning Specialist Course, the Posture Analysis Specialist Course, the Balance Progressions Specialist Course and the ABC Fitness Training Specialist Course. They are all well presented, carefully laid out, comprehensive and very clear. The CD is a bonus because I can easily pull out from the PDFs Course Modules a snapshot of the material.
